Private Classes are the best way you can focus on learning to understand and rebalance your body, mind and soul. Beverly is known for her ability to interpret what she observes within each individuals physical presentation and guide them on a journey of exploration that builds their knowledge of, and ability to, interpret their unique needs. ONLINE & LIVE GROUP CLASSES:
Group classes are available:
ONLINE Good for those who like to share experience with others but may not be in the city or able to make the live classes. You will still learn a lot about your body and mind. There will always be time given for questions and discussion.
LIVE Good for you if you are able to and value the connection of a community. There to encourage each other, be ears for each others laughter and tears and find a yoga buddy who will motivate you out the door on the days your energy is low.
